Your First Visit
We know that walking into a counseling session for the first time can be difficult. At your first session, you will go through some paperwork and discuss why you are seeking counseling and what goals you have. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, express concerns and get to know your therapist. We encourage you to be authentic and open about what you are experiencing to gain the most from your time.
